PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten operation time by eliminating the necessity of being conscious of the position (coordinates) of a cell at the time of moving a ruled line and reducing influence upon other attribute data. SOLUTION: Rectangular attribute data 1 for the outer frame of a table as data expressing the table, all ruled line attribute data 2 as data constituting the table and all cell attribute data 3 expressing a rectangular area formed by the combination of the outer frame of the table and ruled lines are individually stored and the cell attribute data store the identifiers(IDs) of adjacent ruled line attribute data without storing the information (coordinates) of each position. Consequently data can be managed at the higher degree of freedom and by the minimum volume of data and a recording medium 38 recording a processing program is executed by a computer. |
