PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform the switching timing of rotation objective components in proper form, by indicating the operation status of the rotation objective components. SOLUTION: When a specific plant component 14 is actuated by the actuation operation of an operation switch 10, the actuation start timing of the plant component 14 is recorded in a computer 16 in accordance with the signal from a process computer 12, measures operation time in turn, and indicates the component symbol D of the plant component 14 with an image on the screen of a CRT 18. In accordance with the increase of the operation time of the plant component 14, the region inside of the component symbol D is filled by color in turn.
