PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter designed to carry a traveling vehicle 1 without the need of detaching a fertilizing section and easily move both hoppers and pay-out cases outside the machine to a fertilizing operational position or folding containment position. SOLUTION: This rice transplanter is designed to mount a traveling vehicle with a fertilizing section 36 where a plurality of hoppers 37, 371 and 372 and pay-out cases 38, 381 and 382 are horizontally collocated; wherein it is characteristic in that the left and right hoppers 371 and 372 and the pay-out cases 381 and 382 are mounted revolvably onto the central hopper and the central pay-out case, respectively, and the respective pay-out shafts 137 on the left and right pay-out cases 381 and 382 are engagedly linked in a detachable way to the fixation side shaft 109 on the central pay-out case, and the pay-out shafts 137 are linked via respective pawls 138 and 139 to the fixation side shaft 109.
