摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim to further improve electrical conductivity by using a starting material in which a metal has been allowed to enter the fine structure of a calcined carbide in a uniformly dispersed state. SOLUTION: A charcoal powder of a calcined carbide obtained by calcining cedar at 300-800 deg.C is dipped in a metal salt solution such as a copper nitrate solution and a nickel nitrate solution or a solution of a metal alkoxide such as Ti(OC3H7)4 and Fe(C5H7O2)3, dried by a constant temperature drier and pulverized to obtain a raw powder. The raw powder is filled in a frame and sintered in the state of reduced pressure by discharging electricity among powder particles under pressure to obtain a conductive metallic composite sintered compact. This treatment produces a homogenous and minute metallic composite sintered compact in a state such that metallic crystallite particles have uniformly been dispersed into the fine structure of a graphitized crystal structure of the charcoal powder.
