<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a positive type visible light sensitive resin compsn. capable of handling under the condition of bright safelight and excellent in sensitivity by incorporating a specified pyrrole compd. as a sensitizer. SOLUTION: The visible light sensitive resin compsn. is used in an environment irradiated with high relative luminosity safelight having the max. wavelength selected from the range of 500-620 nm and contains a positive type visible light sensitive resin and a pyrrole compd. of the formula as a sensitizer. The absorbance of an unexposed coating formed from the compsn. is <=0.5 in the range of (the max. wavelength of the safelight)±30 nm. In the formula, R1 is H, <=20C alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxyalkyl or the like and R2-R10 are each H halogen, nitro, cyano, hydroxy, amino, aminocarbonyl or the like.</p> |
