PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability to mount and demount a bumper cover, in bumper cover mounting structure wherein a rib formed on the upper edge part of the bumper cover is mounted on the upper surface of a bumper beam fixed on the car body side. SOLUTION: A plurality of fixing clips 1 each having an insertion part 11 in which a lower rib 42 formed on the upper edge part of a bumper cover 4 is inserted and a bumper cover presser part 14 are mounted on the upper surface of a bumper beam 3. By inserting the lower rib 42 of the bumper cover 4 in the insertion part 11 of the fixed clip 1, the bumper cover presser part 14 is pressed by the tip of an upper rib 41 and rotated downward centering around a self-hinge 13. A protrusion part 42a formed on the bumper cover presser part 14 is securely fitted in a mounting hole 42a arranged at the lower rib 42. By effecting upward rotation operation of the bumper cover presser part 14 by a knob part 14c from the fixed state, the bumper cover 4 is removed.
