PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify Japanese input work, further, to edit a slip while keeping the image of the output result and to extremely efficiently perform editing work. SOLUTION: Concerning a personal computer C1, Windows NT is used as an OS and a spreadsheet software capable of editing the slip including Japanese while using data in CSV format is integrated. Concerning a work station S1, UNIX is used as an OS, procedure table data are prepared through inference by an expert system ES1, these data are transformed into CSV format and preserved as slip data D1 while including ruled lines determining a slip format, C1 is activated and reads the data D1 for editing and the slip is edited on the C1. |
