PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a change amount of side force generated in a tire in acceleration running time or the like. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire is provided with a carcass 6 and a belt layer 7 composed of a plurality of sheets of belt plies arranged with a belt cord arranged in a tire radial direction outer side of this carcass 6 and in the inward of a tread part 2 and tilted at a small angle relating to a tire equator C. An inclined grove tiltedly extending in a reverse direction to the tilting direction of the belt cord in an outer belt ply 7B in the tire radial direction outermost side of a plurality of sheets of the belt plies and at an angleθ(deg) relating to a tire axial direction line is separately provided in a tread surface 2a which is an external surface of the tread part 2. Longitudinal rigidity C1 (kgf/mm/cm2) of a tread pattern and the angleθare set so as to satisfy inequalities 3.13×C1<θand 65.63×C1>θ. |
