PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the system configuration by giving a video signal obtained from a door camera and a monitor camera to a conventional television monitor and displaying it on its screen. SOLUTION: A television tuner 31 that supplies a 1st video signal X(t) and a television camera 32 that supplies a 2nd video signal Y(t) connect to a video signal processing circuit 30. The video signal processing circuit 30 replaces part of the 1st video signal X(t) with the 2nd video signal Y(t) to generate a 3rd video signal Z(t), which is fed to a television monitor 33. In this case, the replacement between the 1st video signal X(t) and the 2nd video signal Y(t) is conducted in interlocking with rising of the television camera 32.
