摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder constituted so that a photosensitive material can be effectively utilized by minimizing the waste thereof. SOLUTION: This image recorder is provided with a housing part housing a long-length planographic printing plate (M), an exposure mechanism for recording an image on the plate (M), a punching mechanism for punching the plate (M) so as to make holes for positioning 1 and 2 and a cut mechanism cutting the plate (M). By the punching mechanism the hole 2 is made at a position between the right side edge of an image recording area 5 and the right side edge of the plate (M) and the hole 1 is made at a position between the left side edge of the area 5 and the left side edge of the plate (M) in the carrying direction of the plate (M).
