PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the use of spectacles without an odd feel and the sure irradiation of a visible area by providing the temples of a spectacle frame body with light source parts of easy directivity and adopting the structure that a specific width may be irradiated while viewing a specified angle with these light source parts. SOLUTION: The spectacle frame body 1 comprises a bridge 10, the temples 11 and bow side ends 12. The bridge 10 of the spectacle frame body 1 is provided with lenses 3. The temples 11 of the spectacle frame body 1 are provided with the light source parts 4 and the bow side ends 12 are provided with batteries 5. These batteries 5 are connected to light sources. A user turns on a switch to light the light sources when viewing characters, etc., in the dark or a dim place in the state of using the same. The spectacles are so constituted that the area allowing the viewing of about 3 to 8 characters in the number of characters or the area allowing the viewing of about 5 cm thereof in a place apart 30 cm from the spectacles may be irradiated with the light of the light sources. If about 3 to 8 characters are visible in such a manner, the spectacles are satisfactorily usable for reading writing, handling of tools, tightening, etc., and the consumption of the batteries may be reduced.
