摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which the space factor of a coil built in each slot of a stator core is improved, the length of a coil is reduced to lower the resistance, and high efficiency, low loss, miniaturization and weight reduction are realized, and a manufacturing method of a stator for the motor. SOLUTION: Characteristics of this motor include the installation of a stator provided with a stator core 1 formed by laminating electromagnetic steel plate, a group of magnetic pole teeth 5 formed by being integrated or coupled with the stator core 1, at specified intervals in the inner periphery of the stator core 1, and a plurality of kinds of high density molded coils 20a, 20b. A coil is so formed that it is sequentially and regularly combined with the group of the magnetic pole teeth 5 and orderly wound around the outer periphery of a bobbin composed of insulating material. By applying pressure to the coil, plastic deformation is generated, and the sectional form of the coil is made different to each other. Molding is so performed that the combination of adjacent sections conforms to a slot form between the magnetic pole teeth.
