PURPOSE: A power transmitting device is provided to prevent the abrasion and the noise of a power transmitting device and to prevent the damage of the driving shaft even if the driven shaft is stopped by the external cause in a revolving state. CONSTITUTION: The power transmitting device is composed of:a driving shaft(2) revolved by the driving of a motor(1), installed to be paralleled with a driven shaft(3); and magnets(4)(5) respectively fixed to the driving shaft(2) and the driven shaft(3), and separated within the reach of the magnetic force without the distance between the magnets(4)(5) contacted each other.
