PURPOSE: A Low-salt sausage within the long-storage of possibility is provided to apply X-rays to flesh of raw material. CONSTITUTION: A low-salt sausage manufactured by applying gamma-ray in the range of 1-10kGy of absorption ray quantity to flesh of raw material could be reduced annex level of salt and phosphates without bulking agent and be stored in long-term without preservative.
