PURPOSE: A device intercepting harmful wave is provided to intercept harmful waves and generate beneficial waves. CONSTITUTION: The device for intercepting harmful wave comprises a high density cylindrical rod. The high density cylindrical rod is made by inserting one or more metals into a pipe and pressure highly. The metals have independent ionization tendency respectively. The device for intercepting harmful wave made by arranging and fixing more than three cylindrical rod or more than three cylindrical concentric pipes on a plane. The rods and pipes are processed and closely adhered in high pressure. Thus, through the differences of the ionization tendencies of the metals, the harmful waves are intercepted and the beneficial waves are generated.
