DNA IMMUNE VACCINATION TO HEPATITIS C VIRUS(HCV)

PURPOSE: A DNA plasmid of HCV is provided which induces optimal humoral immunity and cellular immunity to E1(Envelope1), E2(Envelope2) and NS(Nonstructural) protein of Hepatitis C virus(HCV). CONSTITUTION: In an attempt to induce optimal immunity to E1, E2 and NS protein of HCV, E1 and E2 gene are transformed to be expressed as the type of E1t and E2t proteins through removing carboxyl terminal and NS protein contains NS3, NS4A, NS4B, NS5A and NS5B gene of HCV genome to be expressed. Several immunity vectors are prepared to use GMCSF(Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor) as an auxiliary factor which is helpful in gaining more optimal effect.
