PURPOSE: When a record medium is put on a tray and a turntable is on, there are clamping errors caused by the gap between the tray and the record medium when loading the record media is loaded. By moving the record medium on the tray, the scratches of the record medium are occurred. Price becomes high owing to the need of the tray to put on the record medium. CONSTITUTION: This device comprises a turntable that installs and revolves a recording medium(D), a function device(200) to input and output out of the information recording and reproducing device(1). It improves clamping errors and record medium scratches when a user installs the recording medium to the tray by loading the whole pickup units.
