PURPOSE: A production method of a red-bean ice water is provided to have the excellent taste and the color, and to have the medical function of a watermelon. CONSTITUTION: The red-bean ice water is produced by: peeling the peel of a watermelon; removing the seeds by cutting an appropriate size; solidifying in a rapid cooling by grinding; putting on a shattered ice. Thereby the red-bean ice water made by shattering by freezing the watermelon has a dainty food by the characteristic sugar content and the color of the watermelon; is able to store for a long time, have the excellent effect in the cystitis.
