摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of a nitrogen oxide by a method wherein a cooling pipe positioned at the periphery of flame injected from a burner and having cooling fluid flowing therethrough is a combustion case, in a hot water supply device provided in a combustion case with a heat-exchanger having a water flow pipe and a burner to inject flame toward the heat-exchanger. SOLUTION: By cooling a flame surface by a cooling pipe 30 to surround the periphery of flame, the generation of NoX is reduced and water flowing through a water flow pipe 5 of a heat-exchanger 2 is diverted to cooling fluid causing to flow through the cooling pipe 30. The whole of a device is simplified, and a cost is reduced. Further, water flows in the cooling pipe 30 and by connecting the end, situated downstream, of the cooling pipe 30 to the side situated upper stream from the water flow pipe 5 of the heat-exchanger 2, the temperature of water introduced to the heat-exchanger is increased by hot water heated in the cooling pipe 30. The rate of the increase of temperature in the heat-exchanger 2 is decreased, resulting in reduction of fuel consumption.
