PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor termional structure which allows enhancing the airtightness between a terminal packing and a case and eliminates a short circuit between the two members. SOLUTION: A terminal packing 4 installed on the obverse surface of a metal case 2 and an insulated seat 6 formed on the reverse surface are pinched by a flange 10 on a terminal 8 and a fastening part 12 at the forefront part so that the terminal 8 is held by the case 2 airftightly, wherein a cover member 5 whose obverse surface is abutted to the flange 10 and reverse surface is partially abutted to the case 2, is provided in such a way as covering the whole terminal packing 4.
