摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to uniformly spray gap materials onto the surface of a panel substrate without using fluorocarbon by providing the device with a spraying means for spraying the electrified gap materials and an electrode plate which holds a substrate and is formed with plural projections. SOLUTION: The gap materials 46 are transported downward by an injection air stream from an injection hole. The gap materials 46 transported by the injection air stream are electrified minus at the time of colliding against the electrode for high voltage or passing near the same. These gap material advance toward the metallic electrode plate 48 connected to the ground along the electric lines of force in a static electric field. Electrode parts 48' projecting from the surface are formed on the electrode plate 48 of the spraying device. If such electrode plate 48 is used, the electric lines of force are concentrated to the positions corresponding to the electrode parts 48' of the electrode plate 48 near the surface of the panel substrate 43 and, therefore, the gap materials 46 may be selectively sprayed to the positions corresponding to the electrode parts 48' on the surface of the panel substrate 43.
