PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag having a fastener in which an opening and closing tool capable of opening and closing the fastener arranged at a flap section by a simple operation is installed, and this opening and closing tool can be temporarily fixed to its closing position. SOLUTION: There is provided a bag having a fastener with an opening and closing tool 10 comprised of a middle leg piece and a pair of side leg pieces located at both sides of it. A fastener 4 is comprised of an indentation section 4a and a protrusion section 4b and the fastener is opened or closed by a lateral sliding motion of the opening and closing tool 10. A section 5 where both front and rear films of the bag are melted and adhered to each other is formed at a position in which the opening and closing tool 10 fully closes the fastener 4. The opening and closing tool 10 is press contacted with this melted and adhered section 5 and then temporarily fixed to the closing position. In addition, the opening and closing tool may be provided with a cutter section. A sealing section arranged at the bag is cut at this cutting section.
