<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction hardening coil body attaching method by which the exchanging work of the induction hardening coil body can easily and surely be executed, and to provide an induction hardening apparatus to which the induction hardening coil body is attached by the method. SOLUTION: A projecting part 510 is disposed on the upper side surface of an attaching part 210 in the induction hardening coil body 200 to be positioned at the side almost opposite to the attaching part 210. Further, an almost U-shaped hanging member 520 engagable with the projecting part 510 is fitted rotatably by a bolt 521 on the like in an attaching member 522 arrange at the lower side surface of an attaching part 110 of a transformer 100 to constitute the engaging means 500 with the projecting part 510. An erroneous attachment preventing tool 120 is inserted into an inserting hole 212 in the attaching part 210 and also, the hanging member 520 is hung on the projecting part 510 and the right and the left sides of the induction hardening coil body 200 are held to the transformer 100. Thereafter the induction hardening coil body 200 is attached to the transformer 100 by screwing with a fixing screw 400 to obtain the induction hardening device.</p> |
