PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an appearance of another face by transferring a cutting trace formed on the other face of a metal plate into a recessed part. SOLUTION: A prescribed shape recessed part 2a having a dimension shallower than the plate thickness of a metal plate 1 is press-formed from one face side of the metal plate 1 having a prescribed plate thickness by a press, etc. After a projecting part 3 is protruded by transferring a metal stock of the recessed part 2a to the other face 1b side of the metal plate 1, the projecting part is cut off by machining, further, from the other face side corresponding to the recessed part 2a of a bottom plate 1c of the recessed part 2a is transferred to one face 1a side by pressing, etc., the recessed part 2 is formed to the other face side of the metal plate 1.
