<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the simulation of production capacity corresponding to an external fluctuation factor in the case of actually performing production by considering the fluctuation factor of a shipping side as well and calculating the production capacity of equipment. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an equipment capacity calculation part 1 for obtaining the equipment capacity in a certain period of production equipment and a production margin rate calculation part 2 for obtaining a production margin rate considering the shipping fluctuation of products. A production ability calculation part 3 obtains the production capacity based on the equipment capacity obtained by the equipment capacity calculation part 1 and the production margin rate obtained by the production margin rate calculation part 2. A judgement part 4 compares the production capacity obtained by the production capacity calculation part 3 and the production schedule amount of an optional period scheduled beforehand, judges that the production is possible in the case that the production schedule amount is equal to or less than the production capacity and judges that the production is impossible in the case that the production schedule amount exceeds the production capacity.</p> |
