PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring machine capable of removing burr produced in a fringe of whole periphery and a hollowed part without scratching a surface and making an edge of a plate thick part round. SOLUTION: An energizing member 5 energizing upward at a proper interval in the right and left directions and forward and backward directions is provided on a frame 3D a brush support member 9 in which a brush 7 is implanted is provided on each energizing member 5, and a template P whose external shape is slightly smaller than an external shape of a workpiece W and whose machining hole PH is slightly larger than a punched hole WH of the workpiece W is put on the brush 7. The workpiece W is provided on this template P so that the punched hole WH agrees with the machining hole PH substantially, and a vibration means 19 giving the vibration to either of the workpiece W and the brush 7 is provided.
