PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device, to simultaneously insert a lot of coins and to stably discharge the coins by accelerating a coin overlapped on the upside of a coin being flatly brought in contact with the upper surface of a rotary disk through a second accelerating means. SOLUTION: A hopper part 22 is provided with a rotary disk 24 as the bottom plate of a hopper and a surrounding wall member 25 arranged so as to surround the peripheral edge part of the rotary disk 24. Near the discharging port of the hopper part 22, a first small disk device 35 is installed as a first accelerating means and on the upstream side of the flow of coins with respect to a rotating direction A of the rotary disk 24 of this first small disk device 35, a second small disk device 61 is installed as a second accelerating means. Then, this second accelerating means does not accelerate the coin flatly brought in contact with the upper surface of the rotary disk 24 prior to the first accelerating means, accelerates the coin overlapped on the upside of this coin, does not exclude the coin flatly brought in contact with the upper surface of the rotary disk 24, excludes the coin overlapped on the upside of this coin and excludes the most of the overlapped coins.
