PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the wave form distortion of a variable resistor using a field effect transistor(FET). SOLUTION: An inductor 12 is connected between a drain D and source S in a FET where the resistance values of drain D and source S are fluctuated by the control voltage inputted in a gate G. The inductor 12 shortcircuits between the drain D and the source S to the DC component out of the pulse signals overlaid by high frequency component for zeroing the potential, while exhibiting the impedance corresponding to the frequency of the high-frequency component. Accordingly, the FET 11 can be used subject to the relation between source.drain voltage and the drain current within the linear range.
