PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter having a magnetic body which will not be removed easily and a means for securing a wire without causing a damages, in which split magnetic bodies are aligned accurately and the magnetic body can be inserted without causing damages. SOLUTION: A magnetic body fixing member 18 is fixed to case parts 11, 12, a groove 17 having inner surface matching the outer surface at the central part of the magnetic body fixing member is made in the wire slot 16 of a magnetic body 15, and a fixing groove 13 having inner surface matching the outer surface at the end of the magnetic body fixing member is made in the wire take-out hole 4 made at the case part. In a state, where the magnetic body fixing member is arranged across the magnetic body, the magnetic body fixing member is fitted in the fixing groove, and the groove 17 and secured in place thus preventing removal of the magnetic body from the case part.
