PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage generating circuit in which the number of elements of a hardware is prevented from being increased and higher accuracy is obtd. SOLUTION: This circuit is composed of plural terminals Vref1, Vref2,..., VrefN for taking out plural reference voltages from a reference voltage generating circuit 1, plural first switch circuits MSW1, MSW2,..., MSWN provided between a resistor and plural joints J1, J2,..., JN with the resistor, a regulator circuit 2 for regulating reference voltages V1, V2,..., VN generated by the reference voltage generating circuit 1, plural second switch circuits CSW1, CSW2,..., CSWN provided for inputting control signals from the plural terminals Vref1, Vref2,..., VrefN to the regulator circuit 2 in order to regulate the reference voltages V1, V2,..., VN, and a switch control circuit 3 for controlling the first switch circuits MSW1, MSW2,..., MSWN and the second switch circuits CSW1, CSW2,..., CSWN.
