PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture various kinds of apparatus at a low cost in lower noise level. SOLUTION: A first module 11 is provided with a switching unit 4 having a pulse transformer 41 and output terminals 13a, 13b for extracting output of a secondary coil of the pulse transformer 41. A second module 12 is provided with an insulation transformer 14 to set an output of the output terminals 13a, 13b in the preceding stage as an input of the insulation transformer 14. As a result, different DC voltages are generated between the output terminal 13d and output terminals 16a, 16b, 16c of the second module 12.
