PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle speaker by which a sound wave with medium and high frequencies can directly reach persons on a driver's seat and an assistant driver's seat. SOLUTION: A reflecting plate 14 is fitted to a center of an upper face of a pole piece 2. The reflection plate 14 is formed in the shape of an inverted triangle made of glass, aluminum, die-cast or plastic. The reflection plate 14 is turned on the pole piece by loosening a mount screw 18 for reflecting sound wave with medium and high sound frequencies emitted mainly from a middle part of an inner circumferential face 5a of a cone diaphragm 5 to its root, so as to direct the sound wave toward ears of persons on a driver's seat and an assistant driver's seat.
