PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the high-voltage transformer which eliminates the need for a divided bobbin in a special shape including a partition barrier, secures insulation, can be made small-sized and manufactured with ease, and has a high degree of freedom of the shape and its manufacture. SOLUTION: A primary winding pattern 13 and a secondary winding pattern 16 are arranged on a substrate 11, primary winding patterns 13 on substrates 11 are connected together in parallel, secondary winding patterns 16 are connected in series having the same winding direction, and those substrates 11 are stacked around an iron core 19 as an axis to constitute the high-voltage transformer. Consequently, the need for a divided bobbin 1 and a partition barrier 2 is eliminated and the manufacture is made easy.
