PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of a die for forming the inner surface of a waveguide part and a horn part and to provide an inexpensive converter for satellite broadcasting reception by projectingly forming a conversion part at a part of the inner surface part of the horn part. SOLUTION: The horn part 3 is provided with a funnel-like inner surface part 3a gradually widened and inclined as being separated from a part connected to the waveguide part 2 and a pair of the conversion parts 3b facing each other composed of a triangular projection part projectingly formed at a part of the inner surface part 3a. The conversion part 3b is surrounded by a straight line part 3c extended outwards in the same diameter as the inner surface of the waveguide part 2, an inclined part 3d extended outwards from one end of the straight line part 3c to the inner surface part 3a and the inner surface part 3a. By the conversion part 3b, circularly polarized waves are converted into linearly polarized waves. Since the conversion part 3b is formed at the inner surface part 3a of the horn part 3, one die is sufficient for forming the inner surface of the waveguide part 2 and the inner surface part 3a and the conversion part 3b of the horn part 3.
