PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electric transfer being convenient and also advantageous in a cost by utilizing an electrolytic device and using a simple tool comprising a plurality of plate-like electrodes, particularly a plate-like electrode having an L-shaped form. SOLUTION: At transfer, two sheets of L-shaped plate-like electrode 7 is installed on an electrolyte container 1 at an arrangement overlapped in parallel. Next, a gel 8 separated by electrolyting a substance and a film which is an object to be transferred are closely adhered and it is clamped between both plate-like electrodes 7 of a platform 2. Moreover, a buffer solution 10 is accumulated in the electrolytic container, however, the buffer solution 10 does not arrive at the platform 2 which is different from the time of an electrolysis. Namely, it is important that both plate-like electrode 7, a gel 8 and a film 9 are not impregnated. Then, the electrolytic device is activated and an electric transfer is carried out by energizing the electrolytic container 1. |
