PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous entry and to enable the monitoring of the pres ence of anomalies in workers by supplementing a radiation control notebook with an on-line computer system. In the case of undergoing health examination, the employer business undertaker 4 registers its results to the main computer from a terminal for input and enters them in the radiation control notebook. In addition, after the completion of operations, the final values of radiation exposure doses are entered in the radiation control notebook and are simultaneously inputted from the terminal for input. By this, the detailed results of health examination are recorded, and temporal changes are tracked to enable the detection of anomalies. The reliability of the radiation control notebook is improved to be useful for the prevention of radiation hazards.
