PURPOSE: A hand valve assembly of a compost sprayer is provided to easily install in the driving seat of a tractor and use conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A hand valve assembly(50) mainly contains a valve body(52), a hollow revolving shaft(54) installed in the valve body, and a handle(56) for driving the revolving shaft. The valve body has the cube shape for conveniently being installed in the driving sit and for connecting hydraulic pressure lines. A first adapter accepting hole(59a) and a second adapter receiving hole(59b) are formed on the upper valve body.
