PURPOSE: The RTV composition is provided which has an improved adhesiveness for glass and ceramics in the presence of moisture. CONSTITUTION: The room temperature vulcanization composition comprises 20- 95 weight % of polymer containing 1.2 of hydroxysilyl chain terminated group for molecular or 1.2 of alkoxysilyl chain terminated group for a molecular, 0.1- 1.4 weight % of titanium compound, 0.01- 2 weight % of amino functional alkoxysilane to provide a plenty of nitrogen concentration, 0.5- 40 weight % of alkoxysilane and 3- 40 weight % of silica filler.
