PURPOSE: A polypropylene microporous film is provided to improve bursting strength of battery separator. CONSTITUTION: A battery separator is made of a Beta-Nucleator precursor, and is a polypropylene microporous film which has an electric resistance of less than 30 ohm-inch per mil and a bursting strength of less than 400 g-power per mil.
