PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a work flow by moving an image-receiving substrate from a drum into a process region to develop a plotted image immediately after the image-receiving substrate in the drum is plotted, and simultaneously moving a next image-receiving substrate from an execution region into the drum. SOLUTION: A plate 410 is moved from a bin 400 to an execution region 402 and then to a plot drum 404. While the plate is being printed in the drum 404, a next plate is searched for from the bin 400 and sent to the execution region 402. At this time, the plate waits for the plate 410 to be plotted in the drum 404. This early preparation is quoted as an overlapping of plates in a work flow of a system. When the plotting is complete, the next plate 410 is sent from the execution region 402 into the drum and at the same time, the printed plate 410 is taken outside from the drum. A precious time is thus saved and an efficiency is improved. |
