PURPOSE: A clamp and a clamp device are provided to combine a pipe with a very strong compressing force. CONSTITUTION: The clamp device comprises:a supporter(1) of which one end(101) is fixed with a shaft to revolve to one end(201) of a cover part(2); a projection group(6) contained in each supporter and cover part; a pipe spout made into the top part of the projection group; a tightening gold equipment combining the other end of the supporter and the other end of the cover part.
