PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous belt conveyor protective device that is capable of securing safety for workers working on a tunnel truck while maintaining parallel execution of works for mucking and lining. SOLUTION: The present continuous belt conveyor protective device is constructed of a transparent cylindrical cover 21 to be put on a frame member 11a of a continuous belt conveyor 4 belonging to a section related to a tunnel truck (a sheet truck 3) and a chain block 22 for hanging the transparent cylindrical cover 21 down from the sheet truck 3, and the chain block 22 is equipped with an expansive/contractile means that makes the transparent cylindrical cover 21 attachable and detachable with the length of hanging being expanded and contracted.
