PURPOSE: A yarn dyeing method and a device using microwave is provided to prevent the hydrolysis of the raw yarn during dyeing. CONSTITUTION: A dyeing by dipping the dyed yarn into the dyeing solution made up of the disperse dyes and the dispersing agent comprises the steps of: putting the material centrifugally dehydrated to contain 80 wt% of dyeing solution in the dyed yarn into a dyeing cauldron; dyeing the dyed yarn by heating up to 130°C by controlling the pressure of the saturated vapor in the dyeing cauldron after examining the microwave; and drying at 100°C of temperature. |
