PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method of applying stabilized braille indication as well as a paper product, a paper box and a paper vessel, which are provided with the indication of braille. SOLUTION: In an embossing die for stamping braille on a paper product, a paper box or a paper vessel, the configuration of an emboss projected die is formed so as to be substantially semi-spherical or truncated shape, having the thickness of substrate of 1.0-2.0 mm, the diameter of recessed part of 1.0-1.5 mm and the height of 0.4-0.6 mm while the configuration of an emboss recessed die is formed so as to have the thickness of substrate of 2-6 mm, the shape of recessed part of through hole 0.01-0.05 mm chamfered with the diameter of 1.6-2.0 mm while stamping is effected by an emboss die, whose through hole is filled with elastic rubber or elastic resin. In this case, the JIS A type Shore hardness of the elastic rubber or the elastic resin is preferable to be specified so as to be 20-60 deg.. The braille indicating paper product, paper box and paper vessel, which are provided with the braille, can be obtained by the braille stamping method. |
