PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a laminated state of piezoelectric elements by the use of elastic repulsive force, keep stable fuel supplying capability, and prevent deterioration of fuel supplying capability of the piezoelectric elements due to the elastic repulsive force. SOLUTION: This type of fuel supplying actuator has a pressurizing chamber 50 housing fuel, and laminated piezoelectric elements 17a for pressurizing the fuel in the pressurizing chamber 50, which elements 17a can increase and decrease the pressure of the fuel according to intensive extension and contraction of their ends. The fuel in the pressurizing chamber 50 is pressurized by extending the laminated piezoelectric elements 17a by varying voltage to be applied to the piezoelectric elements 17a. In this case, an elastic repulsive member A is arranged on the laminated piezoelectric elements 17a for applying the contraceptive elastic repulsive force to the piezoelectric elements 17a. In the elastic repulsive member A, an initial elastic coefficient with which the piezoelectric elements 17a show initial elastic repulsive force in the maximum contraction condition starting from a free state is larger than an operation area elastic coefficient with which the piezoelectric elements 17a are extended from the maximum contraction state.
