PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture and mounting work by coating vibration control coating made of soft elastic material on a portion engaged with a clip of piping and mounting the piping on a body panel for an automobile by grabbing the engagement portion with the clip. SOLUTION: A pipe mounting clip 1 is integrally molded with a synthetic resin as a whole by integrally forming a mounting portion 1b on a pipe holding portion 1a. A pipe 2 is mounted to such clip 1, and the pipe 2 is formed by coating soft elastic vibration isolating coating 2b outside of a metallic pipe body 2a, a part engaged with the clip 1. In a state that the pipe 2 is held on the pipe holding portion 1a of the clip 1, the mounting portion 1b is engaged with a stud 4 to be mounted to a body panel 3 for an automobile. Thus, manufacture and mounting work are facilitated.
