ELECTRODE FORMATION METHOD OF PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: An electrode formation method of plasma display panel is provided to easily peel off a photoresist resin film in forming electrodes using lift off process and prevent damage of the electrodes. CONSTITUTION: The electrode formation method of plasma display panel comprises: a step presenting an annealing glass substrate; a step applying the paste for the first electrode on the glass substrate; a step applying the first surface enhancer on the paste for the first electrode; a step applying the first photoresist resin film on the first surface enhancer; a step exposing and developing prescribed part of the first photoresist resin film to form the first photoresist resin film pattern for exposing prescribed part of the first surface enhancer; a step etching the exposed first surface enhancer part and the paste of the first electrode under it so as to expose prescribed part of the glass substrate; a step removing the first photoresist resin film pattern and remaining first surface enhancer to form under electrodes on the glass substrate; the second surface enhancer applying step on the substrate; the second photoresist resin film applying step; the second photoresist resin film pattern forming step; the second surface enhancer removing step; the third surface enhancer applying step; the paste for the second electrode filling step; and two layer electrode forming step.
