PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening cap for a paper container for liquid having a function for dispersing a content material and a function for discharging the content material while the opening cap is being fully opened. SOLUTION: This opening cap is comprised of a spout 100 protruded at an opening cap fixing hole 23 of a paper container 20 for liquid; a middle cap 200 inserted into and fitted to an opening 111 of this spout, having an upper end outer circumferential part 210 abutted against an upper surface of the opening of the spout and a discharging adjustment plate 220 provided with a plurality of discharging holes 221; and a cap 400 having a packing 300 fitted inside a top plate 410 and attached to the top part of the spout. In addition, there are provided a plurality of removal clearances between the upper end outer circumferential part of the middle cap and the opening of the spout. |
