PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication efficiency, to decrease the total number of times of communication and to reduce the communication cost. SOLUTION: A page 31 secures an area corresponding to a packet size to be utilized between communication equipment 4 and 5 or a size of its multiple in advance. Plural areas in the same size are prepared. When a client application 1 requests the acquisition of data to a client control part 21 and there are data in a storage device 3, data are returned from a page managing part 23 but when there is no data, the download of data is requested to a download server 6. In this download, at a data compressing part 61 which receives the relevant data from a database 7, data are collected for the unit of a page and compressed later and the compressed data are transferred to a local machine.
