PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive and synchronize data transmitted by being distributed to two routes. SOLUTION: A first input control part 1 and a second input control part 2 are provided with a phase difference detection circuit 11 for detecting the phase difference of a start signal which is a data transfer timing from a transmitter and an internal clock, plural synchronizing circuits 12-14 for fetching the start signal in synchronism with the internal clock and sending the output to a selector 15 and the selector 15 for selecting one of the plural synchronizing circuits based on a selection signal and fetching and outputting the transmitted data by the selected synchronizing circuit. An inter-route synchronization circuit 3 decides a synchronizing timing at which the rise timings of the signals outputted by the respective input control parts 2 become the same time based on phase difference information from the first input control part 1 and the second input control part 2 and transmits the selection signal for selecting one of the plural synchronizing circuits 12-14 respectively to the selectors 15 of the first input control part 1 and the second input control part 2. |
